Many of my recent Pleiadian downloads have been around LIGHT ENERGY & how to work with it. They offered this medicine to me & asked that I share it with all of you! I personally find making sun water to be extremely soothing. It is a ritual that connects my soul to the energy of light & reminds me of the power of water! Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.

Water is cleansing & light is energizing – when we put these two together we literally purify & cleanse the stagnate energy in our physical bodies & replace it with light.

╱ fill a GLASS or jar with drinking water, do not use plastic
╱ add a clean insoluble CRYSTAL ruled by sun energy, like citrine
╱ place water in direct SUNLIGHT for up to 12 hours
╱ call upon the energy of the sun & ask it for its light, healing, restoring, purifying & energizing medicine
